Event Industry Trade Fair – Technology, Solutions, Venues

The event as a whole has been a definite positive. I can’t imagine us missing next year’s edition. It is important to attract as many people interested in the topic as possible. There are many people who want to learn more, and that is why we attend events like this. After my presentation, people have already approached us about working together.

Very good organization, excellent communication at every stage of the event, and full cooperation. For me, the most important thing is the opportunity to present our full offer and all our strengths. I think we will definitely be back for the next edition, because both the exhibitors and the visitors are very interesting. There are plenty of new faces. 

The mix of exhibitors is very good, and that is partly thanks to the organizer. Two groups are most important to us: exhibitors and visitors. The event industry works in many different areas, so we look for subcontractors, while also being invited to collaborate ourselves. It also matters to us who visits the trade fair. We work mainly with corporations, and people looking for event companies for their corporations attend events like this as well. Both exhibitors and visitors are very interested in this venue and in the fact that the trade fair lasts as long as three days. I think this is the first edition, and certainly not the last. 

Arche’s portfolio currently includes 26 properties across Poland. In my opinion, the most important thing at a trade fair is building relationships, so we want to meet as many people as possible and have plenty of conversations. The organization has been very good for a first edition. We received a great deal of support in setting up our stand. We will certainly consider coming back for next year’s edition.
