Lighting, sound, visuals, staging and technologies that participants often never see, yet without which no professional event could take place. EVENT Expo Poland 2026 will bring together, for the first time in one place, companies and experts responsible for the technical and production infrastructure behind events. The premiere edition will take place on September 29–October 1, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

The exhibition will provide an opportunity to explore virtually the entire event production process – from sound systems, microphones and mixing consoles, through stage lighting and show control, to LED screens, media servers, mapping, streaming, rigging, stage structures, scenography, power supply and IT solutions for events. The event is aimed at both technology manufacturers and integrators, as well as organizers of concerts, conferences, festivals and corporate events.

Among the announced exhibitors are Expo Forge, FUNUP EVENTS, CT MEDIA GROUP, SMARTNET, IDEA PROFIT, LOOKBAN, Beiks Machulski and COMMERCIAL AUDIO. As a result, the trade fair will showcase both technical and audiovisual solutions, as well as services supporting event production and operations.

The industry is behind this event. The Content Partners of EVENT Expo Poland are Stowarzyszenie Branży Eventowej and Polska Izba Techniki Estradowej, while Micro Matic serves as an Industry Partner. Their involvement strengthens the practical and expert-driven character of the premiere edition.

The conference programme will also be a major highlight. Polska Izba Techniki Estradowej will organize the session “Safe Event Organization – Legal and Technical Aspects”, featuring its President, Bolesław Scholl. The Trends and Exhibitor Presentations Panel will feature Cezary Grabowski, Founder & Creative Director CG Visuals, who will present the use of AI avatars in events, museums and showrooms.

Why is it worth being there? Because EVENT Expo Poland will offer three days to see technologies in action, compare solutions from multiple suppliers and meet the people responsible for some of the most demanding event productions.
